Hi everybody!!!! I would like to briefly introduce my blog. Life Seeds is all about helping to find ways to de-stress yourself, before life consumes you. The key to dealing with  stress daily is by releasing  it through positive outlets. Life Seeds will provide you with information on how to get healthy, happy, and stress free. The ultimate goal is to help you empower yourself  to be happy and stress free. Also, to teach you different techniques to let stress go and find your inner strength. Most medical and scientific research show the direct correlation between depression, stress, and anxiety being directly linked to health problems such as:

  • Weakening of the immune system, making you more likely to have colds or other infections
  • High blood pressure
  • Upset stomach, ulcers and acid reflux
  • Eating disorders
  • Anxiety
  • Increased rapid heart beat and heart palpitations
  • Panic attacks
  • Cardio-vascular problems
  • Increase in blood sugar levels
  • Irritable bowel problems

  • Tension headaches or migraines

Life Seeds mission is to help equip people with the healthy tools needed to reduce stress. Life Seeds offers different creative “therapies” to help alleviate stress. If you do not try the healthy alternatives, you risk blowing up on your loved ones or at your place of employment. The worst case, being too stressed, depressed, or anxious can cause illness and leave you unable to function.

Life Seeds is full of  little ideas and activities  that are not difficult or time consuming…  simply the seeds you can plant to reduce your stress. Life Seeds is positive environment where you can start de-stressing your mind, body, and soul!!! This is a stress free, positive, and uplifting environment.
